December Fundraiser in Strongsville

We will be having a fundraiser for various charities on December 3rd in Strongsville at Pearl Crossing, which is located on Pearl Rd between drake and boston. It will be held from 4-9pm. There will be over 12 vendors selling products, along with a bake sale. Admission is free! We hope to see you all there.

Yes, this is a fact, if you are a buyer you can take advantage of using a buyers agent to help you negotiate your deal for free. The way this is free to you, is that a buyers agent's commission is paid to them from the seller. Child Safety Fair at the Rec!

Thank You to everyone who attended the child safety fair at the strongsville recreation center. This was a huge success, and a great way for the children to learn about safety. There was a great ice cream eating contest for the kids, as well as a tour and explanation of the strongsville fire trucks. We hope all the children are using the compass keychains we handed out. We look forward to seeing everyone at the safety fair next year. We took multiple photos from the event and the link to view the photos is to the right above our picture. Enjoy!

The Market is Heating Up!

Just wanted to share that the market is heating up despite what you may hear. We have had a tremendous amount of showings on our listings over the past few weeks. There have been multiple offers on properties, and many accepted contracts. This is the best time to buy if you are in the market. Homes are priced very competitively, and interest rates are excellent now. New home builders are giving incentives across the board from what we have seen, and this is a great thing! First time homebuyers have an excellent advantage in this market, and really do have an opportunity to get a home now, that a few years back might not have been a reality.
